The city with the highest overall median age of all people in the area is Dalton which depicts an age of 45.7 (43.3% larger). Figure 6 provides East Union township demographics for the overall median age for all people in the region and East Union township indicates it has a Median Age of 31.9 which is the smallest as measured by overall median age of all people of all the other places in the greater region. The city with the highest population density in the area is Apple Creek which shows a people per square mile of 1,763 ( very much bigger). The next higher in order of population density is Kidron CDP 76.8% larger with population density of 348.
Looking at the East Union township population density (measured as people per square mile) and providing comparisons to both the national and state average population density in Figure 5, East Union township Ohio shows it has 197 people per square mile which is the smallest in order of population density of all the other places in the surrounding region.
